- Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance by Rayven Lighting. We will confirm your order via email or other means. A contract between you and Rayven Lighting is only formed when you receive an order confirmation.
- Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.
2. Prices and Payment
- Pricing: Prices for products are as indicated on our website or quoted to you at the time of your order. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Taxes and Fees: Prices do not include taxes, duties, or other charges that may apply in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and fees related to your purchase.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments through various methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment gateways. Payments are processed securely through third-party services.
3. Shipping and Delivery

- Cancellations: You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
5. Returns and Exchanges
- Return Policy: We accept returns on most products within a specific period after delivery (usually 14-30 days depending on the product). Products must be returned in unused, undamaged condition with the original packaging.

- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or special order items may not be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.
6. Warranty

- Inspection Upon Delivery: You should inspect all products immediately upon receipt. If there is any visible damage or discrepancy with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to report such issues within this period may void any claims for damage or incorrect items.
- Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping, we will either repair, replace, or refund the purchase, depending on the situation and the warranty terms.
8. Ownership and Title
- Transfer of Ownership: Ownership and title of the products pass to you once full payment has been received by us and the products have been delivered to the specified shipping address.
- Retention of Title: Notwithstanding the transfer of ownership, we retain title to the products until payment in full is received.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling orders due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, government regulations, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
10. Governing Law
These Conditions of Sale & Delivery are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rayven Lighting is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Conditions shall be resolved in the courts located in our jurisdiction.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Liability Limitations: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages arising from the sale or delivery of products is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
- Exclusion of Consequential Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Changes to Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Conditions of Sale & Delivery at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly. Please review these Conditions regularly to stay informed of any updates.
